City Hall, Woodburn, Oregon

I was on my way back to Portland from a good daybreak shoot at Silver Falls State Park, keeping my eyes open for flower shots along the way. The wind and pouring rain weren't kind to the daffodils at the moment but passing by the City Hall in Woodburn, Oregon I saw many tulips hunkering down during the storm. Thankfully it was Saturday morning and the mayor wasn't using his parking space so I set up there and waited for the wind to die down for a moment. I wasn't planning on this image being found there but I'm glad it was and I was able to record it.
